MFK Command: SetObjUseCameraPosition

Synopsis

Set whether or not the game should use the camera's position for spawning traffic and pedestrians during the objective.

Syntax

SetObjUseCameraPosition( <use_camera_position> );
  • use_camera_position: Set whether or not to use the camera position. Defaults to 0.

Examples

SelectMission("m1");
	...
    
    AddStage();    
        AddObjective("camera");
            SetObjCameraName("mission0camShape");
            SetObjMulticontName("mission0cam");

			// Set whether or not the game will act as though the player is at the camera's position during the objective.
			SetObjUseCameraPosition(0);
        CloseObjective();
    CloseStage();
CloseMission();

Notes

This also means the camera will hit triggers which may have adverse effects. If you experience issues with the camera hitting specific triggers, you can try using DisableTrigger on the problem triggers.
