Available since Version 1.2.

This is a setting hack that can be enabled on the "Settings" page of the Mods List.

This hack adds a number of key binds that do various things that are effectively cheating.

Allow Key Repeats: If enabled, most cheat keys will perform their action every frame while held down.
- Defaults to Disabled.

Reset Hit & Run Meter: Resets the Hit & Run Meter to 0.
- Defaults to 0.
Teleport Forward: Teleports your character or car forward.
- Defaults to F7.
Repair Car: Repairs your car.
- Defaults to 6.

Multiply Vehicle Speed: Multiplies your vehicle's speed.
- Defaults to 2.
Stop Vehicle: Stops your vehicle dead in its tracks.
- Defaults to 3.
Invert Vehicle Speed: Inverts your vehicle's speed.
- Defaults to 5.
Vehicle Jump: Flings your car in the air, similar to the Car Jump on Horn Cheat.
- Defaults to 7.
Toggle Jump Zone: Toggles the Jump Zone effect on your car.
- Defaults to 8.
Toggle Vehicle Visibility: Toggles the visibility of your vehicle.
- This does not persist through camera changes.
- Defaults to 9.

Teleport Vehicle to You: Teleports your vehicle to you.
- If you somehow do not have a vehicle, this opens the phone booth menu instead.
- Defaults to F4.
Open Phone Booth: Opens the phone booth menu.
- Defaults to Shift+F4.
Open Skin Shop: Opens the skin shop menu.
- Defaults to Shift+F3.
Toggle Kick Force Tweak: Toggles your kick force tweak.
- Defaults to Shift+1.
Toggle Slam Force Tweak: Toggles your slam force tweak.
- Defaults to Shift+2.
Toggle Character Max Speed Tweak: Toggles your character max speed tweak.
- Defaults to Shift+3.

Speed Multiplier: How much to multiply your car's speed by when pressing the Multiply Vehicle Speed key.
- Defaults to 2.
Jump Height: How high your car should jump when pressing the Vehicle Jump key.
- Defaults to 20.

Distance: The distance to teleport your car forward when pressing the Teleport Forward key in a car.
- Defaults to 8.
Reset Camera: Resets the camera after teleporting your car.
- Defaults to Enabled.

Kick Force: The kick force to use when the kick force tweak is toggled on with the Toggle Kick Force Tweak key.
Slam Force: The slam force to use when the slam force tweak is toggled on with the Toggle Slam Force Tweak key.
Max Speed: The max speed to use when the character max speed tweak is toggled on with the Toggle Character Max Speed Tweak key.

Distance: The distance to teleport your character forward when pressing the Teleport Forward key on foot.
- Defaults to 2.
Reset Camera: Resets the camera after teleporting your player.
- Defaults to Disabled.

Force Allow Cheat Keys: Allows you to bypass various safety checks to use various cheat keys when they would otherwise be blocked.
- You probably shouldn't enable this.
- Defaults to Disabled.

Made Shift+F4 to spawn a car not work when getting into a car.
Made Shift+F4 to spawn a car not work during a forced car mission.
Added -forceallowcheatkeys to opt out of the above two changes as well as a bunch of other safety checks including those added in Version 1.15.

Made F4 (or Shift+F4 if you already have a car like you're always supposed to unless you're playing SHAR MP) show the phone booth.

Improved the handling of whether or not the player is in a vehicle.
Improved the handling of the player's rotation when standing on movable objects such as platforms or cars.
Made the various keys only work when Alt is not being pressed.
Made the 0 key fully reset your Hit & Run instead of just depleting the meter.

Added a Continuous setting to make holding keys act as it did before Version 1.13.

Made keys only work once for each key press.
