Entering Cheat Codes
On PC
Hold F1 while in the top level of the Settings menu and enter the code using the arrow keys.
On the main menu, doing this will crash the game unless you have the Main Menu Cheat Code Enter setting enabled in the Bug Fixes hack.
On GameCube / Xbox
Hold L+R in the top level of the Settings menu and enter the code using the face buttons.
On PlayStation 2
Hold L1+R1 in the top level of the Settings menu and enter the code using the face buttons.
Cheat Code Cheats
These cheats can be enabled via cheat codes.
Unlock All Reward Vehicles (Cheat 5)

Unlocks all vehicles in the phonebooth.
Requires completing all story missions to use.
Additionally, with 100% game completion, a special menu containing more cars in the phonebooth also becomes available with this cheat enabled.
This menu can be accessed with F1 on PC, L/R on GameCube/Xbox and L1/R1 on PlayStation 2.
No Top Speed (Cheat 7)

Applies a blur effect to the entire screen on PlayStation 2.
While the effect only works on PlayStation 2, the cheat can technically be enabled on every platform.

Flaming Car (Cheat 10)
Makes the player's car appear on fire after taking even the smallest amount of damage, like it typically does when it is about to explode.

Multiplies all stage timers by 5.

Makes you start the game with 1,000 coins.
