Set what traffic group will be used when the mission is selected or restarted.
This command should be called between calls to SelectMission and CloseMission.

This requires the
DynamicTraffic feature of Custom Traffic Support to be enabled as well as actually defining multiple traffic groups to have any noticeable effect.
